Australia have now won their 21st Test in the West Indies, after their recent 2-0 sweep in the Caribbean.
Twenty-four-year-old right-arm fast medium bowler Josh Hazlewood was player of the series, topping with 12 wickets.
Ranked number 27 in the world, Hazlewood took five in the first Test at Windsor Park and seven in the second Test at Sabina Park.
The Australians have played 50 Tests in the Caribbean, with 15 drawn and 14 won by the West Indies.
The wins have also extended Australians unbeaten Test run against the West Indies to 14, with only three of the matches drawn.
Steven Smith, Michael Clarke, Michael Hussey, and Ricky Ponting have been the leading run-getting over the 10 years that the Aussies have been unbeaten against the West Indies.
